Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

By subscribing to Lumeo products, you agree to the following terms:

• Discount & Minimum Term
  Our subscription service provides a 15% discount on each order. A minimum commitment of two (2) monthly deliveries applies to receive this discount.
• Cooling-Off Period
  In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your subscription within 14 days of receiving your first delivery and receive a refund for that order.
• Cancellation After Minimum Term
  After you have received your second delivery, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
• How to Cancel
  Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through your customer account or by contacting us at info@lumeowellness.uk. Please allow at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal for cancellation to take effect.
• Refunds
  Any orders already processed or shipped before cancellation cannot be refunded, except where required by law.
• Changes
  You may update your subscription (product, frequency, or delivery address) through your account or by contacting us.
• Our Rights
  Lumeo reserves the right to cancel a subscription and issue a refund if necessary (e.g., stock unavailability, regulatory restrictions).
